Return and Warranty Policies
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Items sold by SquareGlow may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange with some exceptions and limitations, as described below. SquareGlow does not accept any items returned more than 30 days after it has been delivered to the customer.
All SquareGlow items are shipped FOB Origin. Any returned items must be returned in substantially the same condition it was received. If SquareGlow receives a returned item in good working order and free of damage, SquareGlow will issue a refund less 10% re-stocking fee. If the returned item cannot be restocked due to damage, it will become non-refundable.
If you seek to return an item through no fault of SquareGlow, you agree to bear all shipping efforts and expenses. If an item is covered by warranty, then the warranty terms apply. As noted in the warranty, you must contact a SquareGlow representative before returning a defective item.
Please contact SquareGlow by e-mail at Support@SquareGlow.com to arrange any return or exchange. If the item you are returning was a gift, please enclose the name and e-mail address of the person who sent you the gift along with the reason for the return.
We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund processed.
Refunds of the product's purchase price under SquareGlow's 30 Day Return Policy will be made via the original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 5 business days of receiving and approving your return. After processing your refund, you will receive a confirmation email with a refund receipt.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
SquareGlow warrants to the original retail purchaser that the products covered by this limited warranty statement conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. For warranty service, you will need to provide proof of the date of original purchase.
The brands covered under Julio Sales Group’s warranty include: SquareGlow. Julio Sales Group is the manufacturer of SquareGlow products.
REPLACEMENTS UNDER WARRANTY
If you believe your SquareGlow product to be defective during the warranty period, please contact SquareGlow Customer Support by phone at 317-550-5280 or by email at support@squareglow.com for warranty return authorization. A SquareGlow representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.
If authorized, SquareGlow will exchange the product without charge. SquareGlow will ship a replacement product to you, freight prepaid. You are responsible for securely packing the defective product and returning it to SquareGlow within ten (10) working days of receipt of the replacement. SquareGlow requires a debit or credit card number to secure the cost of the replacement product in the event that you fail to return the defective one.
The item replaced becomes the property of SquareGlow. The replacement product may be new or refurbished to the SquareGlow standard of quality, and, at SquareGlow’s option, may be another model of like kind and quality. SquareGlow’s liability for replacement of the covered product will not exceed the product’s original retail price. Exchanged products assume the remaining warranty period of your original product covered by this warranty.
This warranty covers only normal use. This warranty is not transferable. SquareGlow is not responsible for warranty replacement should the SquareGlow label or logo be removed or should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, immersion in liquids, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, or service other than by SquareGlow.
THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY, THEN ALL EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD IDENTIFIED ABOVE. UNLESS STATED HEREIN, ANY STATEMENT OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY ANY OTHER PERSONS OR FIRM ARE VOID. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY, EXPOIMAGING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXPOIMAGING PRODUCT, WHETHER RESULTING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you special legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
