SquareGlow Return Policy (30 Days)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! SquareGlow offers a 30-day return policy for refunds or exchanges with the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in like-new condition with no signs of damage.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible refunds.
- If an item is damaged upon return and cannot be restocked, it will become non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@squareglow.com to initiate your return or exchange.
- If returning a gift, please include the sender’s name and email.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective under warranty.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
- Once your refund is processed, we will send a confirmation email with a refund receipt.

SquareGlow Product Warranty (1 Year)
At SquareGlow, we stand behind our products. We provide a 1-year limited warranty to the original retail purchaser, ensuring that all SquareGlow products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered?
- Manufacturer defects
- Malfunctioning components within normal use
- Failure to meet product specifications
⛔ What’s Not Covered?
- Damage from misuse, abuse, improper installation, or neglect
- Damage due to fire, flood, liquid immersion, or natural disasters
- Removal or tampering of the SquareGlow logo or label
- Service or repairs by unauthorized third parties
Replacements Under Warranty
If you believe your SquareGlow product is defective within the warranty period, follow these steps:
- Contact SquareGlow Support at support@squareglow.com or call 317-550-5280 for warranty return authorization.
- A SquareGlow representative will evaluate your claim.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement product to you at no charge (freight prepaid).
- You must return the defective item within 10 business days after receiving the replacement.
Secure Return Process
- To prevent misuse, SquareGlow requires a debit or credit card number to secure the replacement cost if the defective item is not returned.
- The defective item becomes property of SquareGlow upon replacement.
- The replacement product may be new or refurbished to SquareGlow’s quality standards.
⚠️ Warranty replacements do not extend the original warranty period. The new product assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase.

- Implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- SquareGlow is not responsible for incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
